Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Loving my sessions with Sarah
Sarah is a wonderful therapist. She offers a variety of methods to help through my many anxiety issues. She's flexible in using them, and finding which ones suit me best. I feel energised, hopeful and calm after our sessions, which I haven't felt in a long time.
Sarah has been amazing. I feel really validated in my past experiences and a sense of relief knowing I have her support in better managing my anxieties and mental health. Sarah has a range of tools and techniques as a mental health professional which I feel enables a unique and individual journey. I started with her just after leaving a job which had been really detrimental to my mental health and I feel my recovery from that really stressful time in my life would've been a lot slower without her!
Sarah has been so patient, kind and understanding. I have found her approach to be so effective and she really has helped me through a difficult time, I will forever be appreciative of this! Can’t recommend her enough.
I felt very comfortable with our first session where we got to knkw each other. Sarah took her time to listen to my story about how I pereceived my abusive narcissist relationship. She was very warm hearted, respectful, empathic, listening so well and sharing kind words and impulses with me. I could easily open up, share my feelings and cried, because I felt sad, when I told her everything that I experienced. Then she also passed me virtual tissue to dry my tears. What a lovely, supporting and empowering soul. I'm looking forward to more nice sessions.
Sarah is a great therapist, she provides great feedback and advice and has a wealth of techniques to help you with your specific issues. I've never had a particularly bad therapist before, but I've found that some of them focus on general issues more and letting you vent while not giving enough specific techniques/homework. I'd rank her as particularly effective in targeting your specific issues, using techniques specifically targeting those issues, and giving you some homework/practices to work on in the interim between sessions. I've had quite a few therapists in my life and I'd easily count her as among the best.
