This is the second time I have seen Hana, after a short break. I find her easy to work with and especially good at recalling past situations in context such that each session flows nicely into the other. She is knowledgeable , supportive and understanding; and friendly/personable but always professional. We have a good relationship and she acknowledges what my capacity for self-awareness- but also our limitations as humans , which is inspiring and realistic for my growth and path to understanding myself and others.

I use primarily person centred approach focusing on awareness of current experiences as well as psychodynamic approach to explore and make sense of the past.
