In the midst of a personal crisis and having never done therapy before I was anxious about what it would entail. Stacey put me completely at ease in our first meeting and worked with me during my journey to provide guidance and support. I don’t know what I would have done without her help.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Highly recommend Stacey as a therapist

Reviewed June 2024

Stacey has been incredibly helpful. I have only been working with her for the past 2 weeks but she has really helped me to focus on feeling better. She has given me goals so that I can look after myself and has worked with me to create these goals. She has sent me really useful worksheets and tips on how I can make sure that I keep myself a priority and look after my mental health. Every journal entry, she replies, no matter if I enter a positive or negative entry, she responds to them. I feel comfortable talking to her and it doesn’t feel weird to open up about all of my worries, even though I can’t speak to others about them. I was putting off paying for therapy for a while and I wish I started sooner.
