She meets you where you’re at. She’s always pushing you towards goals and progress. But she doesn’t lose sight of where you currently are. I really like how she almost senses what you need, whether it’s to talk, or be talked to. Also she values your feelings without validating them.

Elizabeth is very kind and very good at listening. She comes up with ways to help me with my specific problems and that is very nice as they seem personal and not just generalized coping mechanisms I could read about anywhere.

I really appreciate Elizabeth's way of taking my gibberish and explaining to me exactly where my head needs to be. I've been struggling with my work life and I can use the chat to rant and she gives me props for doing my best and gives me extra ideas to move forward
