I’m a certified pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist (Dip. Psych. C. MNCPS) based on the Isle of Wight.
Although I’m originally from the Island, I spent my twenties managing pubs in London. This experience provided me with important skills like resilience, teamwork, and communication.
Currently, I proudly hold the position of Therapeutic Lead at Isorropia Foundation, a mental health and wellbeing organisation located in the centre of the Isle of Wight. My personal journey with mental health fuels my passion for this work, driving me to reshape perceptions about mental wellbeing in our community.
Facing my own battles with anxiety and managing OCD daily has not only deepened my understanding but also honed my empathy. Through these experiences, I have cultivated a belief: everyone possesses the potential for growth, change, and finding genuine purpose in life.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
