Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She was simply an amazing human being
Have yet to find any other therapist who offers such amazing perspective, listens intently to you, understands you and never makes you feel judged. She has provided useful support in a few sessions that I already have felt an overall improvement within.
She understands and always asks the right questions! Highly recommend Keshawna
I have had an excellent experience working with Keshawna. She listens and responds with understanding in a non-judgemental manner. I have seen progress with only a couple of sessions.
Keshawna is an excellent listener and grounded, but always appropriately positive and encouraging. I find her guidance of the conversation to be extremely natural and I’ve grown over the months we’ve worked together.
Keshawna has been a great help in the few sessions I’ve had with her. She actively listens to me and offers great ways to reframe some of my thoughts. I really enjoy sessions with her
Keshawna is very empathic and gives great advice
Very down-to-earth, understanding, caring!
Early days but so far a very positive and understanding experience.
Kind, direct and helpful
My therapist is awesome. Never rushes me to end sessions. She is also able to relate to me.
Keshawna is lovely. She’s a great listener but also comes back with ideas and actions to make the changes necessary to actually improve. We’re just getting started but I would highly recommend her!
