Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Overall rating:
She is extremely caring and respectful!
Gretchen was able to define my current situation by helping me recognize it was a learned behavior that I need to overcome.
Gretchen seeks to understand me, and the issues I’m working on both deeply and with significant compassion. She has depth of understanding in many facets of therapy; with an expertise in eating disorders, LQBTQA+ issues, and compulsion disorders. She listens closely and works to identify the belief structures that live behind my chosen words. She has helped me change negative or false beliefs that live below my conscious level. I highly recommend her, and have strong belief in her abilities to help people.
From my first session, Gretchen made me feel heard and seen for the first time in a long time. I truly appreciate my so far, short time with her and look forward to continuing as we work on life together.
Gretchen truly cares and listens. She has given me so much insight and tools throughout our short time together this far and I couldn’t be more grateful for this woman. She is exactly what I needed to help me find myself again. Forever blessed to have her as my therapist!
She is absolutely incredible… it’s been amazing having her in my corner
