As a clinical psychologist and board-approved supervisor, I prioritise a gentle, authentic and warm approach. The alliance between the therapist and client seems to be the most valuable element for promoting change. In this way, I create space in therapy to develop this and strive to attune to your unique hopes and needs as we co-create the journey.
Some people find it helpful to know about the modalities I’m experienced in, which include Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches and attachment-based styles. In sessions we can borrow from these in various ways, whether you’re hoping to actualise goals using tried and tested methods, or to simply experience a safe and accepting space to reflect and develop deeper understandings. I provide therapy for trauma, mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, addictions, relationship issues and life transitions.
My experience is with both adult and adolescent clients and covers the not-for-profit sector, corporate settings, education, community clinics and private practice. I have managed clinical teams and currently offer training and supervision to psychologists and other mental health practitioners.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
