Hello and Welcome! If you have landed on my page, I offer sincere gratitude.

About me;

I am licensed therapist living in Michigan. I have nearly 15 years of professional experience. Through my work with clients, I view our therapeutic relationship as a supportive partnership. Its important that view each person holistically, take a person-centered approach, develop a narrative approach to healing, and connect mindfulness and a spiritual approach to therapy when appropriate. It is my goal that each individual is able to experience throughout our sessions.

Experience:

I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I also work with individuals around stress reduction, anxiety management, interpersonal relationships, motivation, emotional intelligence, confidence, life personal or professional transitions.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life. You have taken the hardest step. I am here to support, empower & partner with you through this journey.
