Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by life’s challenges? My name is Ashley, and I’m here to be alongside you toward clarity, healing, and empowerment. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Trauma-Informed Depth Psychotherapist, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, and Mental Health Peer Worker, I bring compassion, dedication, empathy, and a toolkit of support to every session.
Since 2017, I’ve helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, existential/life purpose issues, relationship breakdowns, grief and loss, compassion fatigue, burnout, Post-Traumatic Stress, histories of abuse, LGBTQ+ and People of Colour specific issues, self-image, and anger problems.
My integrative approach combines Person-Centered and Strengths-Based Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, EFT/Tapping, as well as Somatic and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. I also draw on my specialised training in Trauma-Informed Depth Psychotherapy, including Process-Oriented Psychotherapy, a Post-Jungian Somatic Therapy, and Existential Psychotherapy/Logotherapy.
I believe in tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals, creating a safe space for self-discovery, growth, and transformation.
With a focus on mindfulness, bio-psycho-social-spiritual exploration, and personal empowerment, my aim is to help you release blocks, ease emotional pain, and reconnect with your best self.
Together, we can shift your wounds into wisdom and guide you toward a more grounded, aligned, and powerful version of yourself. Let’s begin your journey to healing and getting support today.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
